- We take your request as a challenge and will verify it by means of a checklist until we have exactly understood your needs. This will serve as basis for the ideal and specific search for staff.
- Besides the technical/specialist specification, we will also take account of your wishes concerning the type of employment (external, internal), working times, soft skills and other specific demands.
- In the first step we will search selected experts in our expert pool with more than 40.000 candidates. Each one of them is a key player in his/her respective area - tried and tested in many assignments and thoroughly checked by us.
- We will then search those job portals, networks and forums relefant for your needs and approach candidates directly.
- Your request is also announced anonymously in our own online job portal. Several hundreds of applicants access our job portal daily and apply actively for the projects.

- We will now qualify the important information of the identified candidates, as for example current CV, references, prenegotiation of salary/rates, etc.
- If the applicant is a new contact from outside our network we will invite him/her to a personal job interview in which we will verify the specific technical requirements.
- If needed, we will also check the given references.
- Your personal account manager and his/her team will take charge of the final selection of the matching candidates.
- The essence of the verified matching candidates' profiles will be refered to you for preselection.
- You decide about which candidate is the most interesting for you. We will arrange, conduct and moderate an interview.
- We will take the candidate you decided upon under contract and deploy him/her on the desired starting date.
- We guarantee the quality of our staff and will provide you with alternatives in case the candidate is not able to complete the project.
Quality assurance during the assignment
If you would like to employ external staff, we will consult you on your service level agreements and define project-related milestones. We will also see to the compliance of those milestones e. g. by advising the staff in consideration of the predefined project budgets.
