• The number of occurrences of the search terms, and their position in the profile/CV

Imagine the following procedure:

Das Suchprojekt erstellen Sie durch Eingabe des Projektnamens (Jobtitel oder Projekt), einer Kurzbeschreibung, den wichtigsten Suchbegriffen, Einsatzort, Startzeitpunkt und ein paar weiteren Attributen.
• You are now in a position to start searching directly - if you wish. Because once you have entered your search project, your Goetzfried AG account manager will contact you to offer to help you in searching for your ideal candidate.
• You agree whether you or Goetzfried AG alone should conduct the search, or whether you want to conduct it as a joint project, in which the recruiters of Goetzfried AG and you work in parallel. Candidates identified can be assigned to the search project and evaluated. Each side receives a message as soon as new candidates are assigned and evaluated by the other party.
• At any time, you can now undertake a range of actions for which pre-prepared features exist in the portal, for example:
  • You find the candidate assigned by you or by us interesting, and ask for more detailed information, to get in contact or to obtain a quote
  • You don't find the candidate assigned by us interesting and change his or her evaluation, or reject the candidate with reference to the mistake in our selection
• At all times, both sides benefit from complete transparency in the recruitment status for the search project, thanks to online tracking and without the need for lots of email traffic with profiles sent as attachments. This enables the speed of the process - from the setting up of a project to the successful appointment - to be significantly increased, with skills and knowledge made available much more quickly.
