Project: XP-Rollout

Description

Es wurden ca. 2500 Clients auf Windows XP upgedatet. Bei der Installation wurde über BOOTP ein Image (Norton Ghost) auf die Festplatte installiert und die Programme über Novell ZenWorks bereitge-stellt. Unsere Aufgabe war die Rollout-Koordination der verschiedenen Teams (Hardwareaustausch, Neuinstallationen) und der second-level Support bei auftretenden Problemen. Teilweise wurde eine Umstellung von Novell Groupwise auf Lotus Notes durchgeführt.
